“Welsh Bolivian fusion food?”, we hear you ask. It’s certainly an unusual combination, but it’s a unique and authentic reflection of our family.
Our aim is to share what we have enjoyed at home as a family for many years: quality Welsh produce with bold Latin American flavours.
Our recipes take inspiration from traditional Bolivian dishes such as chicharron (crispy fried pork) and pique macho (fries topped with meat & vegetables) and combine them with our home-produced ingredients to create a delicious fusion of flavours.
We also offer meat-free options for our vegetarian and vegan friends.
